You will receive a notification email with your customized video less than 48 hours after you place your order. You will be able to download the video from the link in the notification email. If for any reason you haven't received your video in time, contact us at support@shoutouts.shop

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply email us at support@shoutouts.shop with the reason for your return, the email you purchased the video with, and we will return the full purchase price. No fuss, no questions.

If you didn't receive your personalized video within the 48 hour time period, email us at support@shoutouts.shop

If you have not received your video yet and want to make changes to your video, you can contact us at support@shoutouts.shop. If you have already received your video, you cannot make changes to the video.

You can share your video via email, text, or social media simply by sending or posting the video file sent to you via email

Expedite delivery is available on certain products, but not all. Check the product page to purchase expedite delivery.
